The Adventure Center provides Community developmental therapy within safe community locations. As a team, we decide locations that are within each participant’s, natural settings. Our favorite places to frequent are, the local libraries, grocery and department stores, service opportunities such as local humanitarian centers, senior citizen centers, and restaurants. In these community locations, participants can work toward independence with their developmental therapy goals. Just like in the facility our developmental therapy techs record the data on the progress on each participant’s individual goals.
